Student Achievements
At The Priory, we have a lot of smart, caring, able, creative, and talented students. Pupils’ achievements are recognised in several ways:
- House points – these are awarded across the school and across the school day. The house points are countred up by the house captains at the end of the week and a cumulative score is kept. At the end of each term, the house cup is awarded to the winning house.
- Star of Wonder – these are certificates that are awarded to individuals for achievements in learning or attitude.
- Golden Ties – these are awarded to individuals who have been recognised as displaying the school values. The child is awarded a golden tie to wear the following week at school.
- Individual pupil achievements, whether they happen in school or outside of school, can be celebrated in school assemblies, in the school newsletter, or in individual class Seesaw posts.
